摘要

通过工艺试验、外观检查、弯曲试验、扭力试验和金相组织分析

研究了Q450NQR1耐候钢螺柱焊的焊接工艺及组织和性能。结果表明:采用短周期拉弧螺柱焊焊接预涂底漆和无底漆Q450NQR1耐候钢时

可以获得外观成形良好、焊缝余高规则、质量良好的焊接接头

接头力学性能良好

各项指标均能达到相关标准要求

其焊缝和热影响区组织均为先共析铁素体、针状铁素体和少量珠光体。

Abstract

Structure and properties of Q450NQR1 weather resistant steel stud welding were studied by process test

appearance inspection

bending test

torsion test and metallographic structure analysis. The results show that the welded joints with good appearance

high regularity and good mechanical properties can be obtained by short-period arc stud welding with pre-coated primer and nonprimer Q450NQR1 weathering steel. All the indexes can meet the requirements of relevant standards. The welds and heat-affected zones are pre-eutectoid ferrite

acicular ferrite and a small amount of pearlite.
