The electron beam welding process of the bimetal grid is gradually applied to parts manufacturing of PWR nuclear fuel. Because there are many factors affecting the process

so there are many quality assurance measures. Over the years

these scattered quality control methods have not been systematized. According to the stipulation of quality control elements in GB/T 12467-90 and RCC-C 2015

combining with the experience and methods in the supervision of company’s production and quality management summarized over the years

etc. Finally

a standardized and systematic welding quality control method is developed. In this way

the final product quality and the user satisfaction can be improved.
