摘要

点焊在工业生产中的应用日益广泛

焊钳作为点焊的主要载体

其焊钳结构、焊接稳定性对于焊接质量至关重要。通过对三种型号ARO伺服机器人焊钳进行有限元分析

优化焊钳结构

使其满足新生产线6.5 kN焊接压力的需求。采用DELMIA软件进行模拟生产

优化焊钳的安装方式。仿真结果表明

改造后所有焊钳都能满足新的生产线要求。

Abstract

Spot welding is increasingly used in industrial production. As the main carrier of spot welding

the welding tongs structure and welding stability are very important for welding quality. Three ARO servo guns have been analyzed by finite element. In order to to meet the 6.5 kN welding pressure requirement of new production line

structures of gun have been optimized based on simulation.At the same time

the mechanical installation mode is also optimized after simulated under production conditions with DELMIA software. The simulation results show that all the optimized guns can meet requirements of new production line.
