摘要

截至2024年末，我国取得国际焊接学会授权后各类人员资质累计颁发证书29 685份，颁证总数量位居世界第二，仅次于德国，国际焊接工程师（IWE）单项累计颁发证书22 377份，累计总量自2015年起位于世界第一，年度增量分别于2019年、2021年、2023年、2024年位居世界第一。此优异成绩与我国深入依托国际焊接学会规程积极加强与高校高职合作联合培养国际焊接资质人员密不可分。我国通过与学校建立全方位、多层次的合作模式，整合各自优势资源，从课程体系的国际化接轨、实践教学的工程强化等多方面入手，共同努力推进国际焊接资质人员的培养进程。这不仅为我国的学生提供更具国际视野和工程实践能力的教育培养环境、为我国焊接行业输送高质量人才，更为国际焊接学会的各类资质人员培训和认证扩大我国市场起到积极推进作用。

Abstract

By the end of 2024

China has issued a total of 29

685 certificates for various personnel qualifications authorized by the International Welding Society

ranking second globally in total qualification volume

surpassed only by Germany. Among these

377 diplomas were awarded for the International Welding Engineer (IWE) qualification

ranking first in the world since 2015

the annual increment ranked first in the world in 2019

2021

2023

and 2024 respectively. These remarkable achievements are closely tied to China’s deep integration of IIW standards and proactive collaboration with educational institutions to jointly cultivate internationally qualified welding professionals. By establishing comprehensive and multi-level cooperative models with universities and vocational colleges

favorable resources have been integrated to align curriculum systems with international standards and enhance practical engineering training. This joint approach not only provides Chinese students with an educational environment that fosters global perspectives and engineering competencies but also supplies the welding industry with high-quality talents. Furthermore

it significantly contributes to expanding the Chinese market for IIW’s training and qualification programs

reinforcing China’s pivotal role in advancing global welding education and industry development.
