摘要

提出一套X80管道组合自动焊工艺（GTAW+FCAW-G）环焊缝热影响区热循环采集方法，并完成了X80管道组合自动焊工艺热影响区（粗晶区、细晶区、临界区）热循环数据采集。根据采集到的热循环曲线开展热模拟试验，对比实际焊接热影响区与模拟焊接热影响区组织性能的内在联系，并验证热循环数据采集准确性。结果表明，实际焊接热影响区与模拟焊接热影响区显微组织形貌相近，粗晶区为多边形铁素体+粒状贝氏体，细晶区组织为针状铁素体、贝氏体，临界区以多边形铁素体和贝氏体为主；实际焊接热影响区显微硬度在222~254 HV

，模拟焊接热影响区显微硬度平均值在214~246 HV

，二者显微硬度差距不大；模拟焊接热影响区冲击韧性与抗拉强度基本接近母材原始韧性与强度。因此，该热循环采集方法可适用于X80管道组合自动焊工艺环焊缝热影响区的热循环数据采集，采集的热循环曲线能够较为准确地表征实际环焊接头热影响区的热循环过程，为环焊热影响区脆化、软化研究提供支

撑。

Abstract

A set of X80 pipeline combined automatic welding process (GTAW+FCAW-G) for collecting heat cycles in the heat-affected zone (HAZ) of circumfer welds was proposed

and the heat cycle data in the HAZ of X80 pipeline combined automatic welding process (coarse grain zone

fine grain zone critical zone) were collected. According to the collected heat cycle curves

thermal simulation experiments were carried out to compare the intrinsic relationship between the microstructure and properties of actual welding HAZ and the simulated welding HAZ

and to verify the accuracy of the heat cycle data collection. The results show that the microstructures of the actual and simulated welding heat-affected zones are similar

with the coarse grain zone consisting of polygon ferrite granular bainite

the fine grain zone composed of acicular ferrite and bainite

and the critical zone dominated by polygonalite and bainite; the microhardness of the actual welding heat-affected zone is 222~254 HV

the average microhardness of the simulated welding heat-affected zone is 214~246 HV

with no significant difference between two; the impact toughness and tensile strength of the simulated welding heat-affected zone are close to. original toughness and strength of the base material. Therefore

this thermal cycling acquisition method can be applied to the collection of thermal cycling data in the heat-affected zone of circumferential welds combined automatic welding of X80 pipelines. The collected thermal cycling curves can accurately represent the thermal cycling process in the heat-affected zone of actual circumferentials

providing support for the study of embrittlement and softening in the circumferential weld heat-affected zone.
