摘要

为满足大型船舶、工程机械等领域高效低速柴油机滑块对高承载、耐磨损、长寿命的需求，采用机器人TIG焊接技术在Q235B钢表面制备SnSb11Cu6巴氏合金堆焊层。通过金相显微镜（OM）、扫描电镜（SEM）和能谱分析（EDS）表征堆焊层的微观组织和界面元素分布，测试界面结合强度，并采用着色渗透法检测堆焊层表面质量。结果显示，堆焊层与基体之间形成了良好的冶金结合，过渡区域稀释层尺寸均匀，约为20 μm，无明显的元素偏析和冶金缺陷。力学性能测试显示，堆焊层硬度均匀，平均硬度为28.0 HB，堆焊层与基体的平均结合强度达51.22 MPa，组内测试数据波动小，表明界面结合质量稳定且满足高强度工况要求；着色渗透检测未发现表面缺陷。研究结果显示了SnSb11Cu6巴氏合金在Q235B钢表面形成了性能优异的堆焊层，满足低速重载润滑等工况下的应用需求。

Abstract

To meet the performance requirements of high-load

and long-life for the sliders of high-efficiency low-speed diesel engines in large ships

engineering machinery

and other fields

robot TIG welding technology is employed to prepare SnSb11Cu6 Babbitt alloy cladding layers on the surface of Q235B steel. The microstructure and interface element distribution of the cladding layer are characterized through optical microscopy (OM)

scanning electron microscopy (SEM)

and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The interfacial bonding strength is tested

and the dye penetration method is utilized to inspect the surface quality of the cladding layer.

Results

show that a good metallurgical bond is formed between the cladding layer and the substrate

with a uniform dilution layer size of approximately 20μm in the transition area

without apparent elemental segregation and metallurgical defects. Mechanical property tests indicate that the hardness of the overlay layer is uniform

with an average hardness of 28.0 HB

and the average bonding strength between the cladding layer and the substrate reaches 51.22 MPa

with small data fluctuations within the group

suggesting that the interfacial bonding quality is stable and meets the requirements of high-strength working conditions; no surface defects were found through dye penetration inspection. The research results demonstrate that SnSb11Cu6 Babbitt alloy forms a high-performance cladding layer on the surface of Q235B steel

meeting the application demands under low-speed

heavy-duty lubrication conditions.
