摘要

随着现代工业对焊接技术质量和效率要求的不断提高，传统焊接方法难以满足新型材料和厚壁结构件的高质量连续焊接要求。窄间隙气体保护自动化焊接（NG-GMAW）作为一种高质量、高效率、低成本的焊接技术，广泛地应用于压力容器、核能设备、重型机械以及高压管道等厚板结构的焊接。本文系统地阐述了窄间隙气体保护自动化焊接的研究现状，围绕解决窄间隙侧壁熔合不良缺陷这一核心问题，归纳总结现有焊枪结构设计、电弧传感器、熔池观测以及焊接过程控制的研究现状和应用情况，针对上述共性问题提出后续发展建议，旨在为窄间隙气体保护焊技术的应用和推广提供重要的理论基础和技术支撑。

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of modern industrial requirements on the quality and efficiency of welding technology

and summarizes the structural design of existing welding torch around the core problem of poor fusion defect of narrow gap side wall In the research status and application of pool observation and welding process control

the subsequent development suggestions are put forward for the above common problems

aiming to provide important theoretical basis and technical support for the application and promotion of narrow gap gas protection welding technology.
