超高速激光熔覆作为一种新型的表面涂层制备技术，与常规激光熔覆相比，具有熔覆效率高、涂层质量好、稀释率低、热输入小、粉末利用率高等优势，广泛应用于液压油缸、轧辊、曲轴等轴类零件表面功能涂层制备中。本文介绍了超高速激光熔覆技术的基本原理与特征、设备发展进展，重点综述了超高速激光熔覆功能涂层材料的研究现状，总结了超高速激光熔覆铁基、钴基、镍基、非晶、高熵和复合材料合金等合金涂层的研究及其应用现状，简述了超高速激光熔覆的技术应用，最后对超高速激光熔覆耐腐蚀涂层材料未来的发展前景进行展望，以期望对超高速激光熔覆耐腐蚀涂层材料提供借鉴和参考。
As a new type of surface coating preparation technology

This article briefly describes the technical application of ultra high speed laser cladding
and finally the future development prospects of ultra-high-speed laser cladding corrosion-resistant coating materials are prospected
in order to provide reference and guidance for ultra-high-speed laser cladding wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating materials.
