With the rapid development of the IIW qualification system in China

the number of trainees and archive materials has increased significantly

making traditional manual management methods no longer applicable. Therefore

a digital management analysis system for personnel files in the IIW qualification system was developed. This system uses computer technology to process archive data

achieving comprehensive information management. The system is developed using Visual Basic 6.0 and Access 2003

and has functions such as query

statistical analysis

and makeup exam reminders

which improve management efficiency and provide data support for decision-making. The application of this system promotes the digitalization

informatization

and intelligence of archive management

provides new ideas for the development of the archive management field

and strengthens the development guarantee of the IIW system.
