摘要

分析了摩擦焊焊接操作工资格认证的国内外标准或规范，包括ISO标准、AWS规范、GB标准以及航天、航空标准，并比较它们在适用范围、考试细节和认可范围等方面的差异。ISO标准通用性强，适用范围广，但针对特定焊接方法需参考相应的专项标准；AWS规范则根据行业特点制定，更适用于美标体系下的焊接生产；GB标准将ISO标准进行转化，适用范围相对较窄；航天和航空行业标准则针对航空航天领域制定了严格的焊接操作工资格认证要求。建议企业根据自身认证体系、行业特点和焊接方法选择合适的标准或规范进行资格认证，并关注标准或规范的适用范围、考试细节和认可范围，以确保焊接操作人员获得满足要求的资质证书，并降低企业成本。

Abstract

This paper analyzes the domestic and international standards or specifications for friction welding operator qualification certification

including ISO standards

AWS specifications

GB standards

and aerospace and aviation standards. It also compares their differences in scope of application

examination details

and recognition range. The study finds that ISO standards have strong versatility and a wide range of applications

but for specific welding methods

it is necessary to refer to the corresponding special standards; AWS specifications are formulated according to industry characteristics and are more suitable for welding production under the American standard system; GB standards transform ISO standards and have a relatively narrow scope of application; aerospace and aviation industry standards have established strict welding operator qualification certification requirements for the aerospace field. It is recommended that enterprises choose appropriate standards or specifications for qualification certification based on their own certification system
