摘要

旨在分析欧洲轨道车辆及其部件焊接的最新标准EN 15085系列的最新版本，并探讨其对我国轨道车辆焊接制造的影响。首先回顾了EN 15085系列标准的发展历程，并对比了新旧版本的主要变化，包括认证要求的调整、分类等级的重新定义、活动类型的引入、安全关联性的新增、焊接责任人评估的完善等。随后，详细解析了EN 15085-2、EN 15085-3、EN 15085-4和EN 15085-5等部分的主要变化，并介绍了EN 15085-6关于焊接维修要求的内容。最后，总结了EN 15085系列标准的重要性和应用价值，强调了其对提升我国轨道车辆焊接制造水平的积极作用，并建议企业积极学习和应用最新标准，以提升焊接质量和国际竞争力。

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the latest version of the European standard series EN 15085 for welding rail vehicles and their components and to discuss its impact on the welding manufacturing of rail vehicles in China. Firstly

the development history of the EN 15085 series standards is reviewed

and the main changes between the old and new versions are compared

including adjustments to certification requirements

redefinition of classification levels

introduction of activity types

addition of safety relevance

and improvements in the assessment of welding responsible personnel. Then

the main changes in parts such as EN 15085-2

EN 15085-3

EN 15085-4

and EN 15085-5 are analyzed in detail

and the contents of EN 15085-6 regarding welding repair requirements are introduced. Finally

the importance and application value of the EN 15085 series standards are summarized

emphasizing their positive role in improving the level of welding manufacturing of rail vehicles in China

and it is recommended that enterprises actively learn and apply the latest standards to enhance welding quality and international competitiveness.
