4130结构钢多用于生产制作汽轮机、锅炉的紧固件和受高压的法兰,在制造汽轮机、锅炉领域应用广泛。分析4130结构钢的焊接性,指出其易产生冷裂纹的特性,并提出焊前预热和焊后热处理等工艺措施。以TIG焊为例,采用S Ni 6625焊丝进行堆焊焊接工艺试验。通过目视检验、渗透检测、弯曲试验、宏观金相、微观金相、化学元素分析、铁素体含量和硬度试验等无损检测和破坏性试验,验证了TIG堆焊工艺的合理性。结果表明,所选焊接工艺参数能够有效控制冷裂纹的产生,并获得性能优良的堆焊层。并根据试验结果制定了4130结构钢堆焊焊接工艺规程,为实际生产制造提供了指导。
Abstract
4130 structural steel is widely used in the production of fasteners and high-pressure flanges for steam turbines and boilers. Its weldability is analyzed
highlighting its susceptibility to cold cracking. Measures such as pre-weld heating and post-weld heat treatment are proposed. Taking TIG welding as an example
the overlay welding process is tested using S Ni 6625 filler wire. Non-destructive tests (visual inspection
dye penetrant inspection
bend testing) and destructive tests (macroscopic metallography
microscopic metallography
chemical element analysis
ferrite content
and hardness testing) are conducted to verify the rationality of the TIG overlay welding process. The results show that the selected welding parameters effectively control the generation of cold cracks and yield a high-quality overlay weld. Based on the test results
an overlay welding procedure specification for 4130 structural steel is developed
providing guidance for actual production and manufacturing.
