摘要

针对双相钢/奥氏体钢的异种不锈钢激光焊接接头，对比了固溶热处理前后的焊缝组织和电化学腐蚀性能。结果表明，在无热处理的焊缝中，不同位置组织差异较大，靠近奥氏体钢侧焊缝形成了铁素体基体、晶界奥氏体以及魏氏奥氏体的组织；而在焊缝中部及双相钢侧的焊缝组织以大块铁素体和晶界奥氏体为主，魏氏奥氏体明显减少。此外，可以发现在奥氏体钢一侧的焊缝熔合线处，形成了典型的海滩状组织；此外，焊缝中出现了局部富Cr的σ相。而在固溶处理后，组织以奥氏体为主，无明显σ相析出行为。固溶热处理后的焊缝耐腐蚀性能显著提高，电子转移电阻从1.0×10

Ω增大至6.2×10

Ω。钝化膜稳定区间明显增大至-0.391~0.57 V，且电化学腐蚀坑显著减小，点蚀行为被显著抑制。

Abstract

The weld microstructure and electrochemical corrosion properties of dissimilar stainless steel laser welded joints of duplex/austenitic steel were compared before and after solution heat treatment. The results show that in the welds without heat treatment

the structure of the ferrite matrix

grain boundary austenite

and Westenitic austenite are formed near the side welds of austenitic steel. The weld structure in the middle of the weld and the side of the two-phase steel is dominated by bulk ferrite and grain boundary austenite

and the Weisstenite is significantly reduced. In addition

it can be found that a typical beach-like structure is formed at the weld fusion line on one side of the austenitic steel. In addition

a partial Cr-rich σ phase appeared in the weld. After solid solution treatment

the structure is mainly austenite

and there is no obvious σ precipitation behavior. The corrosion resistance of the weld after solution heat treatment was significantly improved

and the electron transfer resistance increased from 1.0×10

~6.2×10

Ω. The stability range of the passivated film increased to -0.391~0.57V

and the electrochemical corrosion pit decreased significantly

and the pitting behavior was inhibited significantly.
