摘要

为了研究渗碳钢表面堆焊后组织与性能变化，采用冷金属过渡焊接技术（CMT）在不同预热温度下对17CrNiMo6渗碳钢进行表面堆焊。通过扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪（SEM-EDS）、维氏硬度计、剪切试验和冲击试验对焊接后母材的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明，17CrNiMo6渗碳钢表面堆焊后，热影响区有贝氏体生成。预热温度从150 ℃提高到350 ℃，17CrNiMo6渗碳钢芯部的显微硬度逐渐下降，出现了软化现象；剪切强度呈现先降低后升高的趋势，相比于原始母材剪切强度略微降低；冲击吸收功随着预热温度的增加逐渐降低，在预热温度为150 ℃ 时，冲击吸收能达到最大值77.8 J，显著高于原始母材。因此，认为最佳预热温度为150℃。

Abstract

To investigate the changes in microstructure and properties after surfacing welding on carburized steel surfaces

cold metal transfer (CMT) welding technology was used to perform surface surfacing welding on 17CrNiMo6 carburized steel at different preheating temperatures. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded base material were studied using scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer (SEM-EDS)

Vickers hardness tester

shear test

and impact test. The results showed that bainite formation occurred in the heat-affected zone after surfacing welding of 17CrNiMo6 carburized steel. When the preheating temperature increased from 150 ℃ to 350 ℃

the core microhardness of the 17CrNiMo6 carburized steel gradually decreased

exhibiting a softening phenomenon; the shear strength first decreased and then increased

showing a slight decrease compared to the original base material's shear strength; the impact absorbed energy gradually decreased with increasing preheating temperature

reaching a maximum value of 77.8 J at a preheating temperature of 150 ℃

which was significantly higher than that of the original base material. Therefore

it is considered that the optimum preheating temperature is 150 ℃.
