摘要

某超超临界电站锅炉机组的末级再热器部件安装后在吹扫试验环节发现不锈钢承压管件与不锈钢密封套管之间的个别角焊缝存在局部开裂情况。对残样管件进行包括化学成分、力学性能验证、金相检查、断口分析的一系列科学试验过程，确认裂纹是始于角焊缝焊趾处并由外壁向内壁扩展，最大裂缝位置处于焊趾成形不均匀处且为油漆之后产生，分析此开裂原因可能是角焊缝成形不均匀的焊趾部位偶然间瞬时承受了过大的外载荷而造成撕裂破坏，与现场外观检测结果吻合，并制定了相应的改进措施，有效保证了产品的质量、性能和安全，为后续制造同类产品提供借鉴参考。

Abstract

The local cracking of individual sealing fillet welds between stainless steel pressure tube and stainless steel sealing sleeves is analyzed and researched. The cracks are found in the blowing purge test after the installation of the RH finishing reheater in an ultra supercritical power plant boiler unit. A series of scientific experiments

including chemical analysis

mechanical properties

metallographic structure

SEM fracture analysis are carried out to confirm that the crack starts at the irregular toe of the fillet weld and extends from the outer wall to the inner wall after painting. Therefore

it is concluded that the reason for this kind of crack may be that the uneven forming part of the toe of the fillet weld occasionally and instantaneously bears excessive external load to damage

which is consistent with the results of on-site appearance inspection

and the corresponding improvement measures are formulated to effectively ensure the quality

performance and safety of products

and provide reference for the subsequent manufacture of similar products.
