摘要

针对火电锅炉机组改造转型的需要，研发配套的新型耐高温不锈钢JW309HN药芯焊丝。通过调整药芯焊丝熔敷金属中Cr、Ni、C、N的含量，设计最优的合金成分及铁素体含量，以解决奥氏体型不锈钢在500~800 ℃区间加热或停留后，熔敷金属内析出σ脆性相导致其韧性和塑性降低的问题。采用CO

气体保护焊对所研制的4种药芯焊丝分别进行焊接试验，测试和分析熔敷金属的化学成分、抗拉强度、冲击韧性、金相组织和X射线衍射。结果表明，对于2#（3#）类JW309HN药芯焊丝，控制其铁素体含量约为6.0 FN，具备良好的焊接工艺性且焊缝金属含有一定量的铁素体，可避免焊接裂纹的产生；且熔敷金属在750 ℃×1.5 h热处理后，仍具备良好的力学性能，满足相关技术要求。

Abstract

Aiming at the transformation and transformation of thermal power boiler units

JW309HN flux-cored welding wire with high temperature resistance is developed

mainly by adjusting the Cr、Ni、C and N contents in the deposited metal of the flux-cored welding wire

and designing the optimal alloy composition and ferrite content to solve the problem of ferrite. After the austenitic stainless steel is heated or stayed in the range of 500~800 ℃

the σ brittle phase is precipitated in the deposited metal

which leads to the reduction of its toughness and plasticity. The four kinds of flux cored wires were welded by CO

gas shielded welding. The chemical composition

metallographic structure and X-ray diffraction of the deposited metal are tested and analyzed. The test results show that the 2# (3#) JW309HN flux-cored wire is controlled to have a ferrite content of about 6.0 FN

with good welding processability and the weld metal contains a certain amount of ferrite to avoid welding cracks; and the deposited metal has good mechanical properties under the heat treatment of 750 ℃×1.5 h，which meets the relevant technical requirements.
