摘要

超高强度低合金钢30CrMnSiNi2A被广泛应用于航空装备领域，在长期服役过程中经常面临因损伤和磨损导致的性能退化问题，严重影响航空装备的安全服役。为达到或超过原服役性能要求，提高服役寿命，采用激光熔覆技术在30CrMnSiNi2A基体表面分别制备0.3 mm厚超高强度高合金钢AF1410与不锈钢1Cr15Ni4Mo3N熔覆层，表征和分析对比研究两种不同熔覆层的微观组织形貌、弹性模量、显微硬度和摩擦磨损性能。两种粉末制备的熔覆层与基体之间均为冶金结合，AF1410 熔覆层组织更致密，无明显气孔；相对于熔覆层1Cr15Ni4Mo3N与基体30CrMnSiNi2A，熔覆层AF1410有着更高的显微硬度与弹性模量，更好的摩擦磨损性能；三者磨损机理均以磨粒磨损和氧化磨损为主。该研究将为在超高强度低合金钢30CrMnSiNi2A上激光制备耐磨涂层应用提供理论指导。

Abstract

Ultra high strength low alloy steel 30CrMnSiNi2A is widely used in the field of aviation equipment. In the process of long-term service， it often faces the problem of performance degradation caused by damage and wear， which seriously affects the safe service of aviation equipment. In order to meet or exceed the original service performance requirements and improve service life， laser cladding technology was used to prepare 0.3 mm thick ultra-high strength high alloy steel AF1410 and stainless steel 1Cr15Ni4Mo3N cladding layers on the surface of 30CrMnSiNi2A substrate respectively.The microstructure， elastic modulus， microhardness and friction and wear properties of the two different cladding layers were characterized and analyzed. The metallurgical bond between the clad layer and the substrate was observed for both powders， with the AF1410 clad layer being more dense and free of significant porosity. Compared to the clad layer 1Cr15Ni4Mo3N and the matrix 30CrMnSiNi2A， the clad layer AF1410 has higher microhardness and elastic modulus， and better frictional wear properties； the wear mechanisms of all three are mainly abrasive and oxidative wear. The research work will provide theoretical guidance for the application of laser preparation of wear-resistant coating on ultra-high strength low alloy steel 30CrMnSiNi2A.
