Application of domestic welding materials in 12Cr2Mo1R steel reforming reactor
China’s reforming reactor manufacturing technology has become increasingly mature
and the shell steel has been domestically produced
but the welding material of the shell is mainly imported and its localization does not synchronize with the localization of shell material. In this paper
the main shell of the 12Cr2Mo1R steel reforming reactor is welded with welding materials from Harbin Welding Research Institute. All performance can meet the national standards and equipment design requirements of the reforming reactor
which shows that the quality and stability of domestic welding materials reach the level of similar foreign products
and promotes the localization of heat-resistant steel welding materials
while using domestic welding materials can greatly reduce manufacturing costs.
