Analysis on the influencing factors of the welding cracks of flux-cored wire with ceramic backing
An improved rigid fixed butt crack test method is used to analyze the influencing factors of cracks in the welding of ceramic cored wire with ceramic backing. Through analysis
it is found that the cracks are solidification cracks
and there are many factors that affect the generation of cracks. By designing the composition of the weld metal
the crack sensitivity can be predicted by using appropriate criteria. Welding current has an important effect on cracks. As the current increases
the crack sensitivity of the weld metal gradually increases. At the same time
the cracks is the result of the combined effect of metallurgical factors and process factors. The cracks can avoid by appropriate composition design and parameters.
