Welding is the main processing method in manufacturing industry. The development of industrial manufacturing is advancing from manual welding to intelligent automation in an orderly way. In order to develop a modernized and high-quality staff
the enterprise encourages the staff to actively participate in the skill competition. In this paper
taking the welding assembly of Panasonic welding robot as an example
the structural characteristics of the specimen is analyzed. Based on the welding defects encountered by Panasonic welding robot in small components
such as edge bite
disconnection
lack of fusion
large size deviation of welding angle and overlap
the measures are formulated
including welding parameters
welding sequence
programming method and operation skill. By formulating and implementing the measures
it is guaranteed that the overall score results of appearance quality and internal quality inspection after welding can be above 85 points.
