摘要

14Cr1MoR钢因具有较好的耐热强度及抗氧化、抗氢、抗硫腐蚀性能以及廉价性

在石油化工行业的氨合成塔、焦炭塔、加氢反应器等重要装置中得到广泛应用。综述了14Cr1MoR钢的化学成分和力学性能

重点分析了其焊接性、焊接工艺要点、存在的焊接问题及处理方法、复合焊接等

指出了其与不锈钢复合钢板是实现材料兼具热强性与高耐蚀性的有效方法

为14Cr1MoR钢得到更好的应用提供了理论参考。

Abstract

14CrlMoR steel has been widely used in ammonia synthesis tower

coke tower

hydrogenation reactor and other important equipments in petrochemical industry for its good heat resistance

oxidation resistance

hydrogen resis-tance

sulfur corrosion resistance and cheapness. The compo-sition and mechanical properties of 14CrlMoR steel are sum-marized. And the weldability

key points of welding procedure

hybrid welding

existing welding problems and solutions of 14CrlMoR steel are analyzed emphatically to indicate that it and stainless steel composite plate are materials with both thermal strength and high corrosion resistance

which provides theoretical reference for better application of 14CrlMoR steel.
