摘要

以316不锈钢为基板材料

采用直径M6、M8不锈钢螺柱进行焊接

研究螺柱直径对316不锈钢拉弧螺柱焊工艺及接头组织性能的影响。结果表明

随着螺柱直径的增大

所需的较优焊接时间相应延长

且优化的可调焊接时间范围变窄。M8较优的焊接时间为68 ms

较M6长8 ms

M6优化的可调焊接时间范围为52～60 ms

M8的范围为64～68 ms。随着螺柱直径的增大

焊接难度变大

焊后接头成形及力学性能变差

在相应较优参数下

M8焊缝柱状晶长大明显

宽长比变小。M6在未出现裂纹时的最大弯曲角度可达75°

M8最高达到66°。

Abstract

Taking 316 stainless steel as the base material

and the diameter of M6 and M8 stainless steel studs was used for welding.The influence of the diameter of the stud on the welding process of 316 stainless steel draw-arc stud and the microstructure of the joint was studied. The results show that the optimum welding time was extended and the adjustable range of optimum welding time narrowed with the increase of the diameter of the stud. The optimum welding time of M8 stud was 68 ms compared with M6 which was only 60 ms.The optimization welding time of M6 stud could be adjusted in the range of 52～60 ms while the M8 one was in the range of 64～68 ms.At the case of the corresponding optimum parameters

the columnar crystals significantly grew and ratio of width to length become small.Besides

the maximum bending angle of M6 could reach up to 75° before the crack appeared while M8 one was only 66°.
