摘要

针对电阻点焊焊接过程实时监测、焊接过程参数分析、焊接电流和电极电压等曲线实时显示

设计了一套以PIC32MZ0512EFF100单片机为主控核心

以XG070YMN11R触摸屏为参数设置与显示装置的电阻点焊焊接监测仪。开发了电阻点焊焊接监测仪的控制系统软件和数字化人机交互系统

实现了电阻点焊焊接过程的在线监测和不同测量参数下焊接电流曲线、电极电压曲线、动态电阻曲线和焊接功率曲线的实时显示。结果表明

该监测仪输出精度较高

系统界面友好

操作简单

能较好地满足电阻点焊在线监测和焊接过程分析。

Aiming at real-time monitoring of resistance spot welding process
