摘要

在生产实践中需要对焊接后的结构件进行特殊热处理

如正火加一次或多次回火热处理

会导致焊缝金属强度大幅降低

无法满足结构件使用要求。基于固态相变原理

选用相变点低于热处理温度的焊接材料。在进行焊后热处理过程中

利用奥氏体逆转变中奥氏体重新在柱状晶界上形核

细化焊缝金属

提高焊缝金属强度

从而保证焊后热处理的焊缝金属强度与母材匹配。

Abstract

The structure after welding commonly needs special postweld heat treatment in practice

like normalizing + one or one more times temper heat treatment. In this way the strength of weld metal decreases sharply and cannot meet the requirement of structure in service. The selection of welding materials is proposed based on the solid-state phase transformation principle. When the phase transformation temperature of selected weld metal is lower than the heat treatment temperature

During the postweld heat treatment

the austenite nucleates again on the columnar grain boundary in the austenite reverse transformation

so that the weld metal is refined and the strength of weld metal improves. Thus

it is ensured that the strength of weld metal matches base metal after special postweld heat treatment.
