探讨我国轨道列车用碳钢材料和焊接材料的发展过程

指出高强钢的发展与应用会促进轨道列车用碳钢材料的更新

轨道列车用高性能碳钢材料的开发也将带来高性能焊接材的发展。介绍目前广泛应用于轨道列车碳钢材料的主要焊接方法

阐述低热输入的电阻点焊和激光焊在轨道列车碳钢焊接技术中的应用前景

新材料、焊接技术的更新以及仿真模拟技术的应用将极大推动轨道碳钢列车快速发展。

Abstract

The research status of carbon steel welding used in railway train has been summarized in this paper. The carbon steel

welding materials and welding technology are analyzed deeply. The development process of the carbon steel and welding materials has been discussed. The development and application of high-strength steel will promote the development of carbon steel used in railway train. And this will bring the update of welding materials with higher-properties as well. The main welding technology applied in steel railway train has been introduced. The resistance spot welding and laser welding are the welding methods with low heat input

and the wide application prospect of them in railway train has been illustrated. The future directions of carbon steel welding applied in highspeed train are pointed out:the development of new materials

update of new technology and application of computational emulation technology will give a great push to the carbon steel railway train.
