摘要

转向架产品的焊接质量要求较高

在制定转向架焊接部件的焊接工艺时

须采取有效的措施抑制冷裂纹的产生

而预热是防止冷裂纹最有效的方式。阐述了如何根据碳当量、组合厚度、热输入和氢含量来确定转向架构架某种典型焊接接头最低预热温度

为焊接工艺人员提供了一种确定预热温度最为详细、有效的方法。

Abstract

The welding quality of bogie products is pretty high

and the welding defect exceeding the standard

especially crack

is not allowed in any welding quality grade. Some crack develops immediately after welding

others comes out after a period of time after welding. Therefore

effective method should be taken to inhibit the generation of crack when formulating the welding process of the bogie welding parts

and preheating is the most effective way to prevent cold cracks. This paper takes a typical welded joint of bogie frame as an example and introduces how to determine the preheating temperature.
