摘要

分别运用CO

气体保护药芯焊丝电弧堆焊、焊条电弧堆焊、双层埋弧焊带极堆焊、双层电渣带极堆焊四种不同焊接方法获得INCONEL 625合金堆焊层

并对该合金堆焊层进行一系列理化性能的分析和对比

通过对比验证了各焊接方法的合理性

并结合理化性能结果进行了实际产品PTA结晶器内壁的堆焊工作

按时保质保量完成了生产任务。

Abstract

The INCONEL 625 alloy surfacing layers are obtained by four different welding methods:CO

gas shielded flux cored wire arc surfacing

electrode arc surfacing

double-layer submerged arc surfacing with band-electrode and double-layer electroslag surfacing with band-electrode. A series of physical and chemical properties of this alloy surfacing layer are analyzed and compared.The rationality of each welding method is verified by comparison. Combining with the results of physical and chemical properties

the surfacing of the inner wall of PTA crystallizer is performed. And the productive task is completed on time and guarantees both quality and quantity.
