为探究时效温度与保温时间对选区激光熔化（SLM）超高强钢在不同时效工艺下的微观组织演变及力学性能变化，对SLM超高强钢进行低温长时效（480 ℃×8 h）和高温短时效（530 ℃×3 h）处理，结合X射线衍射（XRD）、电子背散射衍射（EBSD）及透射电子显微镜（TEM）分析，揭示了逆转变奥氏体及纳米析出相（η-Ni
3
Ti和Laves-Fe
2
Mo）的形成机制。结果表明，低温长时效工艺促进了高密度针状η-Ni
3
Ti单相弥散析出，维持了高位错密度，从而实现2 400 MPa级的超高强度。高温短时效工艺则导致η-Ni
3
Ti相粗化并伴随Laves-Fe
2
Mo相双相析出，沉淀强化效果下降，强度显著降低但塑性有所提升。本研究为SLM超高强钢的时效工艺优化及性能调控提供了理论依据。
This study systematically investigated the microstructural evolution and mechanical property variation
s of selective laser melting (SLM) ultra-high strength steel (UHSS) subjected to different aging treatments. Through low-temperature long-duration aging (480 ℃×8 h) and high-temperature short-duration aging (530 ℃×3 h)
combined with X-ray diffraction (XRD)
electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD)
and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) characterization
the formation mechanisms of reverted austenite and nano-scale precipitates (η-Ni
3
Ti and Laves-Fe
2
Mo) were elucidated. The results demonstrate that the low-temperature long-duration aging treatment promoted the homogeneous dispersion of high-density needle-like η-Ni
3
Ti single-phase precipitates while maintaining a high dislocation density
thereby achieving an ultra-high strength of 2400 MPa. In contrast
the high-temperature short-duration aging treatment induced the coarsening of η-Ni
3
Ti precipitates accompanied by the dual-phase precipitation of Laves-Fe
2
Mo
leading to a diminished precipitation strengthening effect with significantly reduced strength but enhanced ductility. This study provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of aging protocols and performance tailoring of SLM-processed ultra-high-strength steels.
