大型管板群缝数字化焊接控制系统设计

针对大型管板群缝焊接的精度与效率问题,本研究设计了一套数字化焊接控制系统。通过构建“运动控制-工艺优化-状态监控”三层架构,采用多轴伺服驱动与激光跟踪技术实现±0.2 mm级定位精度,基于正交试验法优化焊接时序参数,开发了支持G代码编程的协同控制平台。试验表明:系统使焊接合格率提升至96.3%(传统方法85.7%),8工位同步作业效率提高60%,重复定位极差控制在0.167 mm内。研究成果为压力容器等关键设备制造提供了可靠的数字化解决方案。
To address the challenges of precision and efficiency in large-scale tube sheet multi-seam welding
this study designed a digital welding control system. By establishing a three-tiered architecture encompassing "motion control
process optimization
and status monitoring"
the system achieves positioning precision of ±0.2 mm through the adoption of multi-axis servo drives and laser tracking technology. Welding sequence parameters were optimized based on the orthogonal experimental design method. A collaborative control platform supporting G-code programming was developed. Experimental results demonstrate that the system increased welding qualification rates to 96.3% (compared to 85.7% with traditional methods)
improved efficiency in 8-station synchronous operations by 60%
and controlled the repeat positioning range within 0.167 mm. This research provides a reliable digital solution for manufacturing critical equipment such as pressure vessels.
