耐候钢叠焊接头激光焊接工艺及性能
摘要
针对3 mm+2.5 mm耐候钢材料的叠焊接头的激光焊接
通过堆焊试验研究焊接参数对焊缝熔深和熔宽的影响
进而研究熔深、熔宽与剪切力之间的关系
并分析接头的金相组织、硬度和拉伸试验结果。结果表明:当熔宽固定为0.7~0.9 mm时
当熔深大于1 mm后继续增加
剪力达到一个稳定值;当焊缝熔深大于1 mm时
调整焊缝熔宽
抗剪力达到最大值26 kN
并且整个接头力学性能较为均匀
激光焊工艺稳定性好
焊接质量好;焊缝和热影响区的硬度值均高于母材
存在一定的硬化倾向。
Abstract
Aiming at the laser welding of overlap joints of 3 mm+2.5 mm weathering steel material
the influence of welding parameters on weld penetration and weld width was studied by surfacing welding test
and the relationship between weld penetration and weld width with shear force was studied. The metallographic structure
hardness and tensile test results of the joint were analyzed. The results show that the optimum process parameters are obtained
and the shear force reaches a stable value when the weld penetration is greater than 1 mm when fixed weld width in the range of 0.7 ~0.9 mm. When the weld penetration is greater than 1 mm
the maximum shear force is 26 kN with a uniformly mechanical properties of the whole joint and a stability laser welding process. The hardness of weld and heat affected zone is higher than that of base metal
