Abstract

In this paper

the mechanical properties of SUS301 L series high strength austenitic stainless steel materials used for rail vehicles are analyzed. The welding performance of thin plate stainless steel used for vehicle is analyzed

especially the analysis of the welding performance under the special requirements of the surface coated rail car for the welding surface molding. It is suitable for the technology of resistance spot welding. The characteristics of the welding technology of the key parts of the stainless steel rail vehicle and the special external quality requirements of the non coated vehicles are analyzed.
