摘要

通过不同焊后热处理试验,考察不同保温时间对核电用电焊条CHE558HRF熔敷金属性能及组织的影响。结果表明,随着焊后热处理时间的增加,抗拉强度变化不大,冲击吸收能量有明显改善。通过金相组织与电镜扫描分析可知,焊缝中心组织随着热处理时间的增加,铁素体形态逐渐转变为针状铁素体,且依附在块状铁素体上的M-A组元逐渐消失。

Abstract

Through different post-weld heat treatment tests,the effects of different holding time on the properties and microstructure of CHE558HRF deposited metal for nuclear power welding rods were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of post-weld heat treatment time,the tensile strength changed little and the impact energy was significantly improved. Through metallographic structure and electron microscopy analysis,the microstructure of the weld center gradually changed to acicular ferrite with the increase of heat treatment time,and the M-A component attached to the massive ferrite gradually disappeared.
