摘要

采用可变半径的C型感应加热器和三维工装小车相结合的方式

设计了一种适合于核电稳压器筒体内壁堆焊焊前预热和焊后消氢的电磁感应加热装置。可调半径的C型感应加热器可实现一定范围内的大面积弧面加热

工装小车能够在三维空间调整C型感应加热器的位置。该装置自动化程度高

加热效果好

具有较高的工程应用价值。

Abstract

By using a C type induction heater with variable radius and three dimensional tooling car

an electromagnetic induction heating device which is suitable for the preheating of the inner wall surfacing of the nuclear pressurizer and the hydrogen baking is designed in this article. The C induction heater with adjustable radius can heat the large area in a certain range

and the tooling car can adjust the position of the C induction heater in the three-dimensional space. The device is featured by high automation and good heating effect

and is of high engineering application value.
