摘要

对双丝埋弧焊进行焊接试验

按照优化后的焊接参数焊接试板并进行相关力学性能试验

最后从焊接工艺性能、力学性能、生产效率及能耗3个方面进行应用合理性分析

为双丝埋弧焊应用于承压设备筒体纵环缝焊接提供技术参考。与传统单丝埋弧焊相比

双丝埋弧焊不清根工艺技术在改善生产作业环境、降低制造成本的同时具有积极的社会效益。

Abstract

According to the optimized welding parameters

weld test plates are welded and related mechanical properties are tested.Finally

three aspects of the welding process properties

mechanical properties

production efficiency and energy consumptions are analyzed reasonably.This article provides a technical reference for the application of double wire submerge arc welding on longitudinal and circumferential seam welding of pressure-bearing equipment through the welding test.Compared with conventional single wire submerged arc welding

the technology of double wire submerge arc welding without back chipping can improve the working environment and reduce the manufacturing cost

which has positive social benefits at the same time.
